BOOK A TRIP & GET A COST ESTIMATION

What to Know Before Booking:

To book a trip, follow these steps:

  1. Visit the trip request form.
  2. Enter your pickup address and drop-off address.
  3. Scroll down to select your trip type. You can choose either “Wheelchair” or “Ambulance.”
  4. After selecting your trip type, choose between “Round-trip” or “One way.”
  5. Enter your preferred date and time for the trip.
  6. Above the request form, you will see the cost estimate for the trip.
  7. On the next page, provide your name, email address, or phone number, and card information.
  8. Finally, submit the form to complete your booking with us.

Please note:

  1. Booking Confirmation: Trips are considered booked after you receive confirmation from us by either phone or email.
  2. Cancellation Policy: For cancellations made less than 24 hours prior to the scheduled trip, a $75 cancellation fee applies for wheelchair trips and a $50 cancellation fee applies for ambulatory trips.
  3. Same-Day Booking: Same-day bookings are subject to availability. Please call us directly to inquire and confirm.
