Wheelchair transportation on the South Shore
The South Shore is where Carry On Services is based. Braintree, Quincy, Weymouth and Rockland are all part of our service area.
- Braintree station is the southern end of the Red Line's Braintree branch.
- Route 3 leaves the Southeast Expressway in Braintree for the Cape.

Who books rides with us
Riders book for themselves, and so do their families. Caregivers and facility staff can also book on a passenger’s behalf with the pickup address, destination and time.

How our radius and the 72-hour rule work
Our service area covers Massachusetts and Rhode Island. Most towns on this page are inside our regular operating radius.
- When a ride falls outside that radius, we ask for 72 hours' notice.
- That lets us plan the trip properly instead of rushing it.
- If you are unsure, call before you book and give us the pickup address and date.

Which towns does Carry On Services serve?
We serve Massachusetts and Rhode Island, including Boston, Cambridge, Brookline, Quincy, Brockton, Framingham, Newton, Somerville, Waltham, Malden, Medford, Lynn, Peabody, Attleboro, Fall River, Taunton, Revere, Weymouth, Arlington, Rockland and Braintree. In Rhode Island we serve Providence, Warwick, Cranston, Pawtucket and the rest of the state.
Do I need to live in a town with its own page to book?
No. Only Boston, Quincy, Braintree and Rhode Island have dedicated pages so far, but every town in the lists above is served the same way. Book online or call (855) 638-2568.
What if my town is not on the list?
Call (855) 638-2568 or email support@carryonservicesinc.com with your address. We will tell you whether it falls inside our operating radius. Rides outside it need 72 hours’ notice.
Is there a Fall River office for southeastern Massachusetts?
Yes. Fall River is home to our satellite office, and Taunton and Attleboro are on our list of towns served. Call (508) 642-3995 for the Fall River office, or (855) 638-2568 for the main line.
How far ahead should I book for a town far from your offices?
Rides outside our operating radius need 72 hours’ notice, so book as early as you can. For towns near Braintree or Fall River, book as soon as you know your appointment time.
Which office should I call?
Call the main line, (855) 638-2568, for any ride in either state. The Fall River office, (508) 642-3995, is our satellite office. Our lines are open Monday to Friday, 4:00 am to 5:00 pm.
Do you accept ABI/MFP Waiver clients?
Yes. We are now accepting ABI/MFP Waiver clients, along with Medicaid, Medicare, private insurance, workers’ compensation, cash, debit and credit cards. Call (855) 638-2568 to talk through your situation before you book.
Can a family member in another town arrange my ride?
Yes. Enter the passenger’s pickup address and the destination, and tell us whether they use a wheelchair or walk. The estimate shows before you confirm, so family in another town can arrange everything.
